Is my ATOM safe when I delegate?

Yes. Delegation is non-custodial — your ATOM never leaves your own Keplr wallet. Validators can never spend, move, or withdraw your funds. You keep full control and can undelegate at any time.

How are Cosmos Hub staking rewards calculated?

Rewards are distributed by the Cosmos Hub protocol roughly every block, proportional to how much ATOM you have delegated. We take a small commission on rewards only — never on your principal.

What is the ATOM unbonding period?

Accepted Answer

The Cosmos Hub has a 21-day unbonding period. When you undelegate, your ATOM continues securing the network for 21 days before it becomes liquid again. During this time it earns no rewards.

What happens if a Cosmos Hub validator misbehaves?

If a validator double-signs or has extended downtime, a small percentage of delegated stake can be slashed. We run redundant, monitored infrastructure specifically to protect delegators from this risk.

Can I delegate ATOM to multiple validators?

Absolutely. Spreading your stake across several reliable validators improves network decentralization. We'd be honored to be one of them.

How do I claim my ATOM staking rewards?

Accepted Answer

Rewards accrue automatically. You can claim (withdraw) them anytime from Keplr or a dashboard like Mintscan, or restake them to compound your position.
